Do auido dramas count as audio books?

I listened to one of the Big Finish Doctor Who audio dramas on Spotify, do you guys think that counts as an audio book? Could I use it to goes towards my book bingo, do you think?

I think it could count. How long was it?

Interesting question. My first thought was that if I read the published script of a play I'd count that as a book, but if I watched the same play performed on stage I wouldn't. But since your bingo is a challenge you set for yourself, I think it's up to you how you define the scope of that challenge.

I don't see why not. They're full length original stories, unlike many radio dramas which are abbreviated and adaptions of the original.

Absolutely! I group audio dramas and audiobooks together in my media list. Sure, audio dramas are shorter than a lot of audiobooks but a lot of books are short ; it's not as if I am measuring my media intake by page number.

I'd absolutely count it, yes
