Sunshine Challenge Day 5

Today's prompt is blue, which can be a happy, light colour like the sky, or sad, dark colour like twilight, depending on how you're experiencing it.

Fandom wise I thought of Sastiel (Sam/Castiel, Supernatural), which has been my fandom obsession for the last couple of months, maybe because of Castiel's blue eyes, and his blue suit and tie, or Sam's blue jeans, or maybe it's because both Sam and Cas are like blue, they can be light or dark depending on your experience with them. I created this moodboard for them today:



This is the first fanwork I've created for the pairing, I've just been lurking and gushing up to this point. Also, when I was getting lost in the Sastiel tumblr tag this morning, I found these cute sastiel chibis on a blue background, they're so adorable I had to share.

I'm told that this is Shen Wei from Guardian, I have never watched the series, but everyone in the fandom has been very nice since I posted my cover art, which you can see over on my A03 if you're interested.

Lastly, I have a song rec, it is "Sick Of Losing Soulmates" by dodie (this is also not sastiel related, although it could totally work for them)

This song is pretty famous, I've seen a few fan vids using this music, but if you haven't heard it please give it a listen. It is a wonderful song that is a mix of sad and happy, about two people who have lost before, but are deciding to be together, at least that's how I interpret it.
