GISH 2020 Scavenger Hunt
I participated in this year's GISH scavenger hunt, it was a good experience, overall I enjoyed myself. I caught a couple of the Zoom broadcasts, the escape room one and the game night, both were fun to watch. I was able to complete a few items, and it was nice to be creative in a different way. However, I don't think I'm going to participate again. I'm not sure how to explain my reasons why, other than it just doesn't fit me. Some challenges require a level of talent I do not currently possess, some of them give me like secondhand embarrassment, although others were fine. I am really glad I tired it though, ever since I heard about it I wanted to participate, I tired the 24-hour hunt back in March, which was a little too rushed for my liking, this past week was a little more chill, but this is not going to become a annual event for me I'm afraid.

This is Utensio, we had to make a man out of kitchen utensils

The challenge was to create "writer's block", so I made this block where the main character is talking to the writer

I had to drawn a postcard about what we thought a positive future would look like. Listen, I can't hand draw anything, stick figures are about as much as I can achieve. Anyways, here you can see my attempt at portraying mixed use housing, a community garden, and windmills and solar panels in the distance.

We had to create merit badges for ourselves, illustrating our good qualities and skills. (Sorry about the poor picture quality)

The challenge was to plant a tree, which I did through the charity One Tree Planted
Lastly, we had to write a quatrain (poetry) about the characters of Supernatural, which I added to my A03 this morning.
