Snowflake Challenge Day 15

Talk about why you participated in Snowflake &/or what you got out of it.

I read about the challenge on Fanlore, and decided to join this year.  It has been a great low pressure challenge, and I looked forward to each day and seeing what that day's challenge would be.  It is such a great challenge for January too, when I am sure a lot of people are exhausted from the holidays and all the fandom gift exchanges.  It is hard to know what next year holds, but if I can, I am definitely going to do it again next year.
