I can finally share the vid I made for the Holy Poly exchange! Reveals and creator reveals both got delayed a couple of times, but I'm so glad I finally get to share it!

First off, this multifandom vid, it doesn't perfectly fit the theme, but I kind of like the vibe, a celebration of the pain and wonder of life (Note: Warning for a couple of scenes that show blood)

Quite honestly, sending Aziraphale off into the forest to be held hostage by a giant snake in a cursed castle isn’t even the worst thing Gabriel’s ever done to him, and at least it means a change of scene. But then neither the snake nor the castle turn out to be quite what he’s expecting…
Reccer's Note: This a Beauty and the Beast retelling so there is quite a bit of rose imagery. It is about Aziraphale realizing his own self worth, and Crowley finding a way to accept love even if he is cursed to remain in his snake form. It is such nice take on the classic fairy tale, while still being able to keep both Aziraphale and Crowley pretty in character.

Summary: Dean was kicked out of his pack because he couldn't turn into his wolf, but shifters aren't meant to be alone. He finds a traveling companion in Benny, who's been on the run from his own pack for years and is desperately lonely. It goes well enough, except that Dean keeps getting sick and Benny doesn't know why, so when they find what appears to be an abandoned village, they take refuge - only to find a lone wolf still lives there and he's not too happy to find strangers in his home.
Reccer's Note: This is a wolf-shifter AU, but is not A/B/O. It has fantasy elements, but at it's core it's a really nice story about people who have been rejected from, or lost, their families (or packs in case) and are building a new one of their own. It is one of my fave Destiny fics.

Reccer's Note: This is my most recent fic, that I wrote for the fairy tale exchange. It is loosely inspired by the fable of The Lion and The Mouse.

I'm reading less Supernatural fic lately, so I might actually be slowing down and finding other fandom interests, but I bookmarked quite a few stories over the past year and would like to share them, so here is a rec list for Sam/Cas/Dean fic.

I might add some more thoughts later, but right now I am so disappointed.

I think once Supernatural is over I'm going to take a break from SPN fandom. I dove into the fandom this year with a passion, mostly because I was bored in self isolation. If my numbers are correct I made 8 art pieces for big bangs, and 6 of them were for SPN, plus a few other pieces for exchanges and fests. I participated in several fic exchanges, 7 of which were SPN related. Plus, I modded, and created several pieces of fic and art for, Samwena Week.

I do have a couple of SPN related X-Mas exchanges I have already signed up for, one story is already done and the other one I still need to write. I'm also signed up as an artist for a couple of upcoming SPN big bangs. I'm going to try and make a promise to myself to not sign up for anything else SPN related for awhile, if I can help myself.

Cover art and additional art for The Taste Of Your Blood In My Mouth by womanoflettersinthebunker, you can see the full size images over on my A03. I haven't read the fic, but from what the author initially told me, it is a very dark fic, where Dean is turned into a demon and Sam is Queen of Hell. I like how both images turned out, the cover art looks simple, but has a deceptive amount of layers, and the eyes on Demon Dean were finicky to make, but I'm happy with how they turned out.

So, because I've fallen down a Sastiel hole the last couple of months, which I have no intention of climbing my way out of, and I've been reading a lot of fic, I figured it might be time to compile a good old fashioned rec list.
