Sunshine Challenge Day 2

Orange makes me think of Autumn, pumpkins, crisp breeze, dancing leaves.



Firstly, a little self promotion, I moderate a subbreddit, r/autumnlove, which is basically just me and a few other discerning individuals sharing pictures and gifs of autumn scenery, and other autumn related things, that we find on the interwebs. It is pretty inactive right now, but we usually start going again in August, when everyone is starting to crave the feeling of fall.

Also, for the last two years I have moderated the Jopper Autumn Challenge, Jopper, if you don't know, is the smush name for the pairing of Joyce Byers/Jim Hopper from Stranger Things. You can find the A03 collection here, which has a few of my works, but more importantly, great fics by other really talented Jopper fans, or you can visit the tumblr blog where you can also find lovely graphics and gif sets, I made the above moodboard for the challenge. Not everything is autumn themed, but the majority of it is. So, if you like Jopper and Stranger Things maybe check it out.

My song rec for today is "Saturn" by Sleeping At Last. I don't know how to describe it, but it's beautiful and melodic, and I think, gives the impression of someone looking back at their life.

I discovered this song from a Kabby (Abby/Kane, The 100) fan vid, it introduced me to this song and the artist. I may have recced this vid before, sorry if I have, but I think it is one of the best Kabby vids ever. It has clips from seasons 1-4, so no season 6 unpleasantness.
