Thoughts on a Graphics Request Fest/Community?

I'm having an idea for like a request community/fest. I was thinking about when a writer/podficcer might like graphics for their fics/podfics, like cover art, banners, moodboards, etc., but unless you know a graphics maker/artist you might not know how to advertise that you would like these things. So, I was thinking if there was a place where you could say "Hey, I would love graphics for this fic of mine" and then artists/graphic makers when they are feeling up to a challenge could go there and pick up a request. Do you guys think this would be a good idea? I've had it floating around in my head for a few weeks now, but I would like to know what others think. I've included a poll, but feel free to comment as well.
